Over his 30 years in the construction industry Joel has had involvement with each phase of the construction process from architect to construction manager to owner representative to general contractor.

Josehart Construction Management’s approach integrates the experience and expertise of a builder and an architect to manage the design and construction process. We provide clients with a comprehensive approach to the execution and implementation of all aspects of building projects.

We provide construction consulting services from start to finish. We get involved in the early stages of a project, when it is just a concept, through the evaluation of the first design concepts for system selection, cost constructability and schedule. Involvement in the Pre-Construction process provides tremendous value and reduced risk during construction.

We provide clients representation they can TRUST, with the proven ABILITY to obtain RESULTS from all parties involved.

Managing the construction process is about managing people, communication and information. We bring together project teams, and enter existing teams with ease, by quickly assessing project needs and stakeholders and balancing those with the management of the project.

For his 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Joel has been consistently involved with the planning, pre-construction and construction management of large complex projects. Joel has had involvement with each phase of the construction process from architect to construction manager to owner’s representative to general contractor.

His project experience varies from the construction of the landmark Chabot Observatory in Oakland to the Seismic retrofit of the historic US Custom House of San Francisco. He has also completed projects in the health care, research laboratory, and high-rise commercial offices markets.
