The Project consists of the construction of four unique groups of similar residential buildings on Blocks 53 and 54 in San Francisco. Buildings 1, 2 and 3: Townhouse style three-story units of fully sprinklered Type VB non-rated construction (wood frame) with associated parking and private drive aisles. Buildings 4 and 5: Stacked flats of fully sprinklered Type VA 1-HR construction (wood frame) over a concrete podium Type 1A garage, with landscaped courtyard above the podium and one residential unit below the podium level. Buildings 6, 7, 8 and 9: Stacked flats of fully sprinklered Type VA 1-HR construction (wood frame) over a concrete Type 1A garage, with landscaped courtyard above the podium; and one residential unit below the podium level. Buildings 10 and 11: Mews, rowhouse style three-story units of fully sprinklered Type VB non-rated construction (wood frame) with associated parking and private street. The shipyard started on 800 acres of undeveloped land in Hunter's Point and has incredible views of the Bay and City skyline.
