The addition and renovation of the RAB Service Department was complicated by the need to never close the Service Department or inconvenience the customers. Service Department Construction scheduling and coordination were integrated into the Service Department operations on a daily basis to assure no impact to the quality of customer service. The project was further complicated by an existing gas main running through the construction area. Throughout the course of construction, the dealership serviced over 30 cars a day and saw no loss is sales.
