JCM managed several phases of the St. Cecilia School renovation, which included upgrades to the elevator cab, entrances, and shaft; MEP upgrades; and structural retrofit that included adding 12 inch shear walls on the interior of the existing building (originally constructed in the 1930s). Additional ADA accoutrements were also installed throughout the school's restrooms.
